Jewelry is handmade so imperfections may be present. If jewelry breaks please email us at honeybeadsstudio@gmail.com. Normal wear and tear expected from everyday use not included. Damage caused by an external factor (i.e children ripping it off) not included in refund. Each piece is handmade, making every item unique. Slight variations in color, bead pattern, or natural stone markings are part of the charm and beauty of handcrafted jewelry.
